As you see, for elevator, regular maintenance is highly recommended. You'd better have your own installation or maintenance team, or you can cooperate with professional installation or maintenance companies locally.

4.What's the payment terms and delivery time?
For payment, T/T and L/C at sight are both available. Delivery is about 20 working days after desopit received.
