Tianlong  cooperates with domestic and foreign brand original manufacturers directly to guarantee  the materials can provide certification documents and up to standard as we request in every batch. Material available, such as aluminum alloy, steel alloy, Stainless Steel, Copper, Brass, Titanium, Bronze, Nylon, Acrylic etc.  Alu 6061-T6/6063-T6/7075 etc. for extrusion;  ADC12 ,A380.Y112 AC3 etc. for die casting. Iron 1215/45/1045; Stainless steel 301/303/304/316; Copper; Brass; Bronze(H59/H62/T2/H65).  H13 SKD61 ASSAB88 for mould  as customer's request.  

2.Surface Treatment
Tianlong are very precision Heat Treatment (parts&mould) , Painting, Power Coating, Black Oxide, Silver/Gold plating, Electrolytic Polishing, Nitrided, Phosphating, Nickel/Zinc/Chrome/TiCN Plated, Anodizing, Polishing, Passivation, Sandblasting, Galvanizing, Heating Treatment, Harden, Laser mark etc. as customer requested.  

3.CNC Processing Ability
Tianlong have professional programmer could edit suitable code and use perfect CNC cutter  for customized parts according to 2d & 3d drawing .Also we have  a large number of machines to meet Turning/Milling/Drilling/Stamping etc. different processing, such as CNC machining center 3-Axis, 4-Axis and 5-Axis, CNC lathe machine, CNC automatic lathe machine, Punching machine, grinder, precision internal/external grinding,  spark machine, etc. The detection equipment: projector, altimeter, digital micrometer, digital caliper, quick gauge, plug gauge, internal/displacement gauge and other high-precision testing instruments, the detection accuracy up to 0.001mm.

4. Die Casting Ability
At die casting field,Tianlong technical engineer reckon the  most important thing is analyse custom 2D & 3D drawings then to develop the suitable mould to the parts ,Design runner , injection pin and feeding gate reasonable could prolong the production and mould life.So,we'll do Mould Flow on each of our clients mouldEspecially, the production could show the physical property better in working time.Also, in mould field Tianlong has knack to help our custom to get mould in short time but high quality.

5.QC Ablility
Tianlong could pass IATF examinations it means we could do high quality  standard .Espically, we could find what is the root cause of quality issues from .Like PPAP request ,do 8D report to our clients and solve the problem before it happen.
